This policy applies to purchases of the online course Bhojpuri Vocal Mix Master Course on beatkipathshala.in, operated by Atul Kumar.

1. How purchase and access work

  • The Course is a digital product; there is no physical shipping. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
  • Payment is made online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking).
  • After successful payment, the Course is added to your account. You can open it from your Dashboard after logging in. Access to the Course is lifetime. Updates and new lessons added to the Course later (for example new mix project lessons) are included at no extra cost, including after you have completed the Course.

2. Refund eligibility

Refunds are available for this Course. You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

3. Refund request period

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Requests made after 7 days are not eligible for a refund.

4. How to request a refund

Email rising6v4t0h@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp 9792215327 with your order number, the email used for the purchase and the reason for your request.

5. Refund processing timeline

  • Approved refunds are initiated through Razorpay to the original payment method.
  • After the refund is initiated, it usually takes 5–10 business days to show in your bank account, card or UPI-linked account. The exact time depends on the payment method and your bank.
  • When a refund is approved, Course access for that order is removed.

6. Cancellations

7. Failed or duplicate payments

If money was deducted but your order did not complete, or you were charged twice, contact us with the payment details. We will check and resolve the issue within 4 days of your request. If a refund is due, it is initiated through Razorpay and usually takes 5–10 business days to show in your account.
