These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of beatkipathshala.in (the “Website”), operated by Atul Kumar, and to purchases of the online course Bhojpuri Vocal Mix Master Course (the “Course”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Course

The Course is an online course on recording and mixing Bhojpuri vocals in Cubase 15. What the Course contains is described on the course page; only the content described there is part of your purchase.

2. Requirements

As listed on the course page, you need your own computer or laptop with Cubase 15 installed, monitor headphones, and a microphone and audio interface for recording. Software and equipment are not included.

3. Account

• An account is required to buy and access the Course. You can create one at checkout or on the registration page.
• Please give accurate details and keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Price and payment

• The price is shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the Website at the time of purchase.
• Payment is made online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). Your payment details are entered in Razorpay’s payment window, not on the Website’s own form.

5. Course access

• After successful payment, the Course is added to your account and can be opened from your Dashboard after logging in. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
• Access to the Course is lifetime. Updates and new lessons added to the Course later (for example new mix project lessons) are included at no extra cost, including after you have completed the Course.
• If you cannot access the Course after payment, contact us with your order number.

6. Permitted use

The Course is for your personal learning. You may not share your login, resell, or publicly redistribute Course videos or materials without written permission. [Confirm before publishing: any additional usage terms.]

8. Intellectual property

Course videos, text and other Website content belong to Atul Kumar or are used with permission. Cubase and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners.
