All prices displayed on Beat Ki Pathshala are in Indian Rupees (₹), unless specifically stated otherwise.
Prices may be changed or updated at any time. The applicable price at the time of a completed purchase will generally apply to that transaction.
After successful payment for an online course, access may be provided through the applicable learning platform.
Course access is intended for the individual account used for the purchase and must not be shared, resold or redistributed.
Course content may include videos, lessons, project files, resources, quizzes or other educational materials depending on the course.
Sample packs, loops, presets, MIDI files, project files and other downloadable resources are digital products.
After successful payment, the purchased files may be made available through the website, customer account or download link.
Because digital products can be downloaded or accessed after purchase, digital products are generally non-refundable once the download or access has been provided, except where a refund is required under applicable law or where Beat Ki Pathshala approves a refund due to a genuine technical or order-related issue.
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same transaction, contact Beat Ki Pathshala with the relevant order or transaction details.
We will review the transaction and, where a duplicate payment is confirmed, take appropriate action.
If a payment fails but the amount has been deducted from your bank account or payment method, please allow the payment gateway and banking system reasonable time to process the transaction.
If the amount is not automatically reversed, contact us with the transaction details so the payment can be investigated.

Refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the nature of the purchase, the status of course access or digital download, technical issues and applicable law.
Once course access has been activated or substantial course content has been accessed, refunds may not be available.

If a purchased course or digital product cannot be accessed because of a technical problem, please contact us before requesting a refund.
We will first attempt to resolve the access or download problem.
